Class Schedule

Adult Classes, for both men and women, are held on:

Monday - thru - Thursday:  6:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday -  Black Belt Class: 11:00 am - 1:00pm

Classes for Children are held on:

Monday and Wednesday:  4:00pm - 5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday:  5:00pm - 6:00pm

Meditation Seminars and Womens Self Defense Seminars will be featured on specific dates throughout the year.  Call for more information.
