Class Schedule

Adult Classes, for both men and women, are held on:

Monday - thru - Thrusday:  6:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday:        11:30am - 1:00pm

Classes for Children are held on:

Monday and Wednesday:  4:00pm - 5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday:  5:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday:      10:00am - 11:00am

Meditation Seminars will be featured on specific dates throughout the year.
